Now that the holidays have passed, I am back in the routine of things. It is so easy during the holidays to skip meals or eat heavier foods and tasty treats. The important thing is to get yourself back on track to make sure your body gets proper nutrients so you do not get sick.
Today I found a great health site and read all about phytonutrients. They are pretty much plant based nutrients such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I am a big fan of all of these so I was happy to find that I am boosting my immune system with every serving :) I loved the healthy recipes I found such as the warm wedding soup. Yumm!
